Intro Sessions

Our INTRO session is a free one-on-one training session with one of our trainers where you learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a training session for yourself. Intro sessions are by appointment only.

The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. At the end of your session, we'll recommend the membership options and programs that would be best suited for you.
